Where are video games most played?

The video gaming industry has branched out over the years and spread all over the world and I would like to know where it has gone. Through intensive research I have found what categories in Europe, America and Asia are most popular.

1. Taking first in all three of these continents action games, 34% in both Europe and Asia and 35% in America.

2. Taking second by overall are action games with 19% in USA, 22% in Europe but only 4% in Asia.

3. Taking third by overall are RPGs with 9% in USA, 7% in Europe and 26% in Asia.

4. Fourth are sports games with 15% in USA, 7% in Europe and 6% in Asia.

5. Fifth are platform games with 8% in both USA and Europe and 5% in Asia.

6. Sixth are racing games with 4% in USA, 10% in Europe and 3% in Asia.

7. Seventh are fighting games with 1% in both USA and Europe and 4% in Asia.

8. Last but not least are simulation games with 0% in USA, 2% in Europe and 1% in Asia.
